Precision Manufacturing of Copper-Nickel 90/10 & 70/30 Pipes and Tubes

At Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd., every Copper-Nickel 90/10 (UNS C70600) and Copper-Nickel 70/30 (UNS C71500) pipe and tube is manufactured using advanced production technology, precision engineering, and stringent quality control procedures. Our manufacturing process is designed to deliver exceptional dimensional accuracy, superior mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and complete compliance with international standards for marine, offshore, desalination, power generation, heat exchanger, and industrial piping applications.

The process begins with carefully selected high-purity copper, nickel, iron, and manganese raw materials, which are melted in controlled induction furnaces to achieve precise chemical composition. The molten alloy is continuously cast into billets before undergoing hot extrusion to form seamless hollows. These hollows are then cold-drawn or pilgered through multiple reduction stages to obtain the required outside diameter, wall thickness, and dimensional tolerances. Depending on customer specifications, the tubes are bright annealed or solution annealed to achieve optimum mechanical properties, followed by straightening, pickling, cleaning, and precision finishing.
