Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Copper-Nickel alloy pipes & tubes, headquartered in Umbergaon, Gujarat, India. With decades of combined metallurgical and manufacturing experience, we specialize in producing Copper-Nickel 90/10 (UNS C70600) and Copper-Nickel 70/30 (UNS C71500) seamless & welded pipes and tubes, along with CuNiFer brake line coils for the global automotive industry.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with modern pilgering, drawing, annealing and finishing lines that allow us to produce Copper-Nickel pipes and tubes to tight dimensional tolerances while maintaining full compliance with international standards including ASTM, ASME, EN, DIN, ISO, JIS, BS, and stringent Military & Marine specifications such as MIL-T-16420, MIL-C-15726, NAVSEA T9074, DEF STAN and NORSOK.
